Frank L. Christy was associated with the City National Bank and Trust Company of Columbus (formerly Bank One, now JPMorganChase) and a Columbus-based national developer of multi-family and office park projects before starting the development firm of Christy & Associates in 1973. He is also President of Riverbank Restaurants, Inc., formed in 1975 to develop several Western Sizzlin Steakhouses in Ohio and West Virginia. Following completion of multi-family projects in Marietta and Belpre, Ohio, Christy & Associates developed a 15 acre commercial site in Marietta, adjacent to Interstate 77, featuring restaurants, K-Mart and Knights Inn. In 1988 the firm developed Lafayette Center, which featured a department store and multi-screen cinema as well as additional retail space. Recent development activities have included a number of Hampton Inns in Ohio and Florida as well as a Microtel Inn & Suites currently under construction in Marietta. During the last fifteen years the company has also been involved in helping small companies with their growth plans on a venture basis.

He is a graduate of Northwestern University with a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance from Kellogg.

Stephen C. Keiser is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Christy & Associates, Inc. Prior to joining Christy & Associates, Mr. Keiser was Director of Operations & Multi-Site Leader for the Lab Equipment Division of Thermo Electron Corporation (now Thermo Fisher Scientific) with approximately 800 employees. Mr. Keiser has a strong background in overall management skills including manufacturing, marketing, sales, and product development along with particular skills in accounting, finance and information technology. Steve currently serves as Vice Chairman and Member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of The Southeast Ohio Port Authority (SeOPA).

He earned his Degree in Business Administration from University of Missouri - St. Louis, plus additional Post Graduate courses in Accounting.
